My LQS had this panel and I decided it would look cute as a tote I can use for taking projects to sewing or use it when going away for a weekend. It was fun to make and I didn't use a pattern. I just made it work once I cut the panel and it went from there. I used the three extra squares for pockets inside the tote. I quilted the tote also. Hope you like it. This was fun as I have never done this before with a panel. My first panel experience. The top of the tote is a different fabric from the line. The panel & material is Sew Catty by Dan Morris - RJR Fabrics. I did find it online also.

I didn't use a pattern. When I sewed the cat blocks together I just measured and made the lining the same size.I then added 6-1/2" to the top. I used warm and natural for batting and quilted around the blocks and did FMO on the lining. I then had one long piece and sewed the lining together & left a hole on one side and turned it inside out. I added the pockets before I did this. I then turned over the top and put the trim from the panel. Hope this makes sense. Basically I just made a normal tote. I also made the handle with warm & natural inside it and FMO on it. I tied knots on each end of handle and attached to tote.
