Great job wearing your name tag, do you have to have your name tag on to win? And does it actually work to get more people to wear their names tags?

Yes and Yes :lol: (We also have name tag drawings at Quilt Guild -- you should see the disgusted look on member's faces when they realize their name was drawn but they didn't bother to put their name tag on! Some of them just assume everyone knows them....)

That is funny, and then they probably don't wear it as they figure it will be a while before their name gets drawn again. I wonder if any get caught twice not wearing it? especially close together.

Being horibble with names, I don't expect anyone to remember mine, even if I am the only new person.

Yeah -- I always laugh at Quilt Guild when that happens. I don't participate much at these meetings. Am still "learning" my way around and who is who, etc. But with 75-80 attending each meeting, it takes me a while to get who goes with what name.

We have a name tag prize drawing at our Quilt Guild too. My husband and I met for supper prior to mine the last time and when I told him I forgot my name tag, and why I was bummed, he insisted on running home and getting my and bringing it back to me! :) He is such a sweetie! and, he encourages me AND my habit!

I am glad you won such a nice goodie. I try to wear my name tag when I go to my guild meetings, but I forget sometimes. :?
