I, too, like the later version.

Ok so here is the finished project. I truly appreciate and value everyones help and advise on this. The more I thought about the person I was making it for and what she would like I decided to just keep the grass border off and go with the dark green. I am pleased with the way it turned out.
Sorry the picture quality is not too good.

It is adorable. I love the pink fabric.

You've got my vote!!!!!!! You made the perfect decision. This is fantabulous! Your green border pulls right into the center of the quilt where the bunnies are. Your green border picks up the bunny background and your pink border picks up the bunnies. I really like it.

I love it , the grassy edging puts a great finish to your quilt.

It looks fabulous. I have a feeling the one border is light beige and the bunnies are brown and beige. I love the binding and backing fabric.

Wow, Here I was going with the first couple of suggestions of making the dark border smaller and the grassy one larger! Woot what you did is great.. looks fantastic!

Yes it is a light beige with bunny tracks.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
