I bought these fabrics reciently but can't decide on a pattern to "fit" the fabrics. The stripe will be the binding.

Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a square in a square, or tilted square in a square or what :?: :?:

The fabric on the right is the print I'm using as the focal print for my boomerang III blocks. So they are coming back as sampler blocks, they are all different and it is gorgeous. So you could do something like that!

Whatever you decide, it will be bright and cheery.

I like the fabrics a lot.

Square in a square would be good with those colors.

Thanks, does anyone know where I can find a tilted square in a square pattern on the web free?

Do you have a picture of that block you could share with us?

I just made it in EQ and I don't know how to get it posted. If some one could tell me how.

I love the fabric.. especially the flowery one!!

Ditter43 09-15-2010 09:03 PM

Since you will be using four fabrics besides the stripe, I think a disapearing four patch would workwell! I am sure you will get lots of good suggestions! :-D

How about tube blocks?

I was thinking those colors would make a lovely Grandmother's Flower garden with the pale green for the paths. Or maybe a Dresden plate.

I hate to keep showing my ignorance; but what is EQ?

The fabric is something I would love to work with. Beautiful - please show us the finished product.
