Attaching the balloon to the basket would add a lot. Then quilting would be all it needs.

Beautiful quilt.
I too like the idea of adding some embroidery lines from the balloon to the basket of each.

S Gardner - May I ask how you do wind blowing across the quilt?- when you are quilting. Interesting concept, I like that idea..Fabulous ideas for this quilt.
