I love your blocks. I assume they are paper pieced. I too am in the dark about the shwe shwe fabric. What is it?
That’s going to be a wonderful quilt
Your blocks are really nice. Love the colors of your fabric but I don't know what shwe shwe fabric is????
I found that block pattern here. I really like it too and wish I had time to try one right now.

Your blocks and indigo fabrics are gorgeous! Looking forward to watching this quilt progress.
After googling, I now know about shwe shwe fabrics! The colors that are available are all beautiful. I ran across several pictures of clothing-bridesmaids gowns, etc-made with these fabrics. Stunning. Please continue to share your progress! |

Beautiful and I love the fabric but noticed it said no dryer, no bleach, etc. I would never bleach but wonder about the dryer. Can’t wait to see more of your beautiful quilt!
This is going to be one beautiful quilt. Your blocks are so pretty and well made!
Shweshwe fabric is something new to me.
If I make this star pattern, I will be doing it with Paperless Paper Piecing. That way you can use the pattern multiple times and don't need to print out so many. Nell's quilt for Neil ! How nice1 |
Wow, this is going to be an awesome quilt.
Absolutely gorgeous. Your points turned out perfect!
Sharon!! When washed it is very nice and soft. I wash in washing machine and hang on line. Lots of sun here in our country and dont need to use a dryer!!!
