I got this from Joann's during the Turkey Weekend Shopping Extravaganza! I went back on Saturday when Sanity prevailed and purchased at 50% off retail.

I love it, my back no longer hurts or my neck. It also has storage, as well as a bin for scraps and a pressing board.

That looks great, I would love one of them.

Now I wish I had gone to there, I was thinking about getting one of those.

sewjoyce 12-03-2008 03:22 PM

I love it!! Makes my 20 yr old cutting table look really out of date -- LOL

Catherine 12-03-2008 03:25 PM

I got one like that about 5 months ago at Joanns...they didn't have the ones with the storage ..wow.wish they did. love yours!!

ccbear66 12-03-2008 03:43 PM

I also have a cutting table from Joanns but mine doesn't have the storage. I wish that it did but I really love mine. It sure saves on the back when cutting.

Marcia 12-03-2008 05:03 PM

Love your new cutting table. Mine did not have storage either--and then my daughter "borrowed" it--so now I guess it is hers

beachlady 12-03-2008 05:13 PM

Great looking table.

jacquemoe 12-03-2008 05:57 PM

I bet you love it! I almost got one on sale a couple of years ago. I still want one. Good for you.

mary quite contrary 12-03-2008 06:16 PM

Nice table. Better than what I have but then I need to be thankful for what I have. lol

Harmony 12-03-2008 07:11 PM

I've been considering getting one of those for awhile, but wasn't sure I have room in my sewing room, so I'm still cutting on my kitchen table! Does it fold up smaller when you're not using it? (Are you EVER not using it???)

mimisharon 12-03-2008 07:45 PM

May I borrow it on your down time? Love it!

Janstar 12-03-2008 07:59 PM

REally nice and good for the ol back bone.

AtHomeSewing 12-03-2008 08:27 PM

That's a nice one! Enjoy!

Quilt4u 12-04-2008 03:42 AM

Love it. That one is better than mine.

gigi2landon 12-04-2008 04:47 AM

It's not been closed up yet! LOL

It folds up to 23" wide and 36 long and has wheels. One side of it is for sewing on but I'd have to stand up so it won't be used that way.

vicki reno 12-04-2008 04:56 AM

That is such a neat one. Mine does not have storage and I sure wish it did. Lucky you :!:

Bevanger 12-04-2008 07:33 AM

congrats... it looks awesome

shellyp 12-04-2008 07:37 AM

Oh how I would love to have one!   Congrats!!!!

racnquilter 12-04-2008 07:47 AM

My mom got me one of those for Christmas and for some reason she won't let me have it early...LOL.

Glad to see what I can look forward to. Hard to really see the full effect on the box and they didn't have one set up in our store.

gigi2landon 12-05-2008 04:50 AM

Lots and Lots of Screws to put in, I'd highly recommend one of those screwdrivers that are automatic! DH's tool was at his work site, so it was done with my tools, which took longer. I was his helper, he was in charge of course.

racnquilter 12-05-2008 06:49 AM

Without a doubt I will be the one putting it together. DH has no patience for that, so just give me the cordless drill and leave me alone, LOL... After all, we all know who reads directions and who doesn't...

user3587 12-05-2008 08:09 AM

Who is the manufacturer of the table. That is great looking?

Mplsgirl 12-05-2008 10:22 AM

How great!

gigi2landon 12-05-2008 11:51 AM

Isn't that the truth! My DH actually read these instructions, I think after 23 years of being badgered by me he's finally giving in and reading instructions!..........LOL

robbijmorris 12-05-2008 03:59 PM

Love Yours! I got mine a couple of months back as an anniversary gift. No storage, just cubbies. I don't care, tho. It saves my back. I am quilting more because it doesn't make me hurt, lol.

barnbum 12-05-2008 04:20 PM

Congrats on a fine purchase!! :D

ania755 12-06-2008 07:16 AM

mamatobugboo 12-06-2008 08:07 AM

wow, that is so awesome! I would love to have one of thse instead of the folding table I use!!! Congratulations!!!!

sclc11 12-08-2008 06:23 AM

What are the measurement? Looked on line, not listed. I have another table, but it is only 60 inches wide.

sclc11 12-08-2008 08:19 AM

What are the measurements

Evelynquilts 12-08-2008 11:34 AM

looks great...enjoy... :D

Grandma Cindy 12-09-2008 12:11 PM

Marcia - maybe your daughter could buy you one for Christmas with the storage... it looks costly, How much?

racnquilter 12-09-2008 01:07 PM

I tried to find a link for it with Joann's, with no luck.

I believe mine was $149.99 after 40% off. Then the clerk was kind enough to give us another $20 off! (Does that mean we go there quite often? LOL)

Grandma Cindy 12-09-2008 06:25 PM

This evening I saw it in the flyer and it is on sale for $129, normally $299, so of course it is better than even the 50% off coupon... I told my daughter that she could put it together as part of my Christmas presents...

Tonight with the help of my best friend and my daughters boyfriend we totally cleared out the tiny spare room. It will be painted top to bottom, laminate flooring installed and become my fabric, books, patterns, batting, thread and etc... room - you get the idea!!!! As I put the room back together, I hope to thin out stuff. I wish a few of you were here to help thin it out, like Bev, friends in Guam, England and Spain....... My goal is to learn how to get photos up, before our Secret Santa time and I will send a picture of my new little room. I think I will still sew out in the family room but all the bags, zip locked projects, boxes of fabric, piles here and piles there will now have a place to call home..

Grandma Cindy 12-09-2008 06:31 PM

Gigi - do both side fold down and how long is it with both sides up, I am trying to plan which wall to place it on in my new little room, thanks... It looks about as long as my room, LLOL... but then again I guess one would want accessibility from all sides.. It should roll very nicely on the laminate flooring, maybe too well. Do the wheels have brakes? I just had another thought, I will need space for the ironing board as well. My silly little room is getting filled up quickly and without a lick of furniture back in it yet! Such is life.....
