New purse pattern

My daughter picked out the fabrics for this one. Now to make me one! This is the first time I've tried posting a picture since the format changed--I hope it actually works. If this is too large to see I apologize. When I used preview it seemed very big!

Thanks for the comments. She was so tired of winter (she picked this fabric out in February) that she thought maybe getting something in Spring colors would bring spring on. Well, 2 months later, it's finally appearing! The font is Curlz from http://www.8clawsandapaw.com/curlz-embroidery-font.html
Their fonts stitch nice and are very reasonable priced. The pattern is at this site: http://oliverands.com/straight-stitc...S001CM1-D.html I also did her a bag cover in the green dot that is the lining and put her name on it instead of initials. |
Super cute!

The pattern is at this site: http://oliverands.com/straight-stitc...S001CM1-D.html
I did use soft and stable ByAnnie in the purse body instead of the interfacing it called for-- wanted it to have body and stand up good. |
