No, it's not harder to quilt at all. It's just a whole different feel to the quilt when it's done. I have a daughter that only likes this kind of quilt. She no longer likes the cotton batting ones and she doesn't like them quilted either...lol...silly girl.

Lovely design and great quilting. This was all HSTs with grey on one side? I've just learned the 8 at a time method, and am eager to try them out. This design might just do the trick.

This would work perfect for that. Yes, one side of each half square triangle is grey.

I love gray in a quilt. Nice background for those bright colors. Your quilt is great.

It's beautiful! Love all the Rowan fabrics.

Very nice. Pretty quilting. It's amazing what we see in photos. lol So keep it if you really love it. Make something else for your etsy shop. You deserve to have something you love that makes you happy.

Beautiful quilt and I can clearly see why you want to keep it.

It's lovely. Don't blame you for wanting to keep it.

I am on your daughter's side. it took me a LONG time to get used to any machine quilting as I always tied my quilts. Started seeing it Fairs' and didn't care for it. I still don t like a lot of quilting. Its pretty on wall hangings but I like my quilts soft and comfy.
