New sign for my Happy Place!
 

So excited - the very talented and wonderfully sweet wife of one of my bosses at work made me the most beautiful sign for my Happy Place!!! Hopefully i can get it hung up today with a little help from my husband (who is much taller than me)! Just had to share my joy 😊

I dont paint or draw - absolutely not one of my talents. When she asked me what i wanted i just drew a rectangle on a piece of paper with “April’s Happy Place” in the middle and scribbled “x’s” around the edges to signify “flowers or something”. It was pathetic and she cracked up when she saw it, but i told her that was the best direction she was going to get from me, so she could do whatever she wanted that would go with my lilac painted Happy Place 😊 she brought it in to me at work on Monday and i cried i was so happy with what she had done for me.

Beautiful and the words are so well spoken for a quilter or anyone with a hobby and love that hobby so much.

I know we have all had our difficulties with the recent changes to the board, but surprisingly i am finding it a lot easier to post photos than before!
