I just handed this quilt over to The Boys and Girls Club. They are having their yearly fund raiser festival next Saturday. I had the kids draw and color on blocks of muslin, then I put it into a quilt. They really loved it . Now I hope it brings them lots of money. Elaine

What a wonderful quilt! That's such a neat idea. It looks like you quilted a wavy line in the border fabric. How did you quilt the blocks...stitch in the ditch? How did you set the crayon colors?

Thank you every one for your comments. I did stitch in the ditch on the blue sashing. I heat set the crayons with my iron.

Just an update on this. Last nite , it auctioned off for $350. The lady that bought it , gave it back to the club co-ordinator to hang up on the wall. There were 3 people fighting over it.
