NFL Quilt
4 Attachment(s)
Here is a quilt I made for my #1 fan, my husband. It came out so good I think I'm going to make one for myself as well for all those Sunday's watching football together.

Great quilt and cute football quilting design! You must have collected the fabrics for quite a while.
Totally awesome! How did you find all the fabrics? I need to make one of these. Both my hub and myself are football fanatics. LOL
Actually I just bought a package of 40 fat quarters that included all teams. I only cut two 6 1/2 inch squares so I really have enough to make 2 more quilts. I was just waiting for the right pattern to use them with.
www.bearpawquilting.com sells the fat quarters. I used Patriots fabric on the back because that is our favorite team. I got the pattern on Craftsy.
How wonderful that your husband is your #1 fan. I can see why; such a lovely quilt just for him.
great quilt like your border!!!
I'm not even a football fan and I LOVE this quilt!! I may have to make for those in my family who are fanatics.
What a wonderful quilt for any football fan!!
I may have to steal this idea...great quilt!
I love this quilt. Your football top stitching is so great.
That's really cool! I like how you even quilted footballs too! So neat!
Perfect for an NFL fan. Aren't we lucky to have our DH's as OUR fans?!
wow, great quilt... you are so lucky to have so many team fabrics
Great quilt!
What a great quilt, you've found a way to make football season even more special!
I love it, but you put the Vikings next to the Packers?! Wow that is a fight. I wish I'd known about the fat qtrs. I spent more money buying fabric for the SIL's 40th b'day quilt. He needs to choose a team!
Wow beautiful quilt and very lucky hubby!

What a great quilt for your husband and to collect that many different team fabrics wow! Really like the footballs you quilted in it.
What a great quilt!! Love the pattern you chose -- it really shows off the team blocks.
Great quilt, love the border.
I love it! Terrific. But there will be fights inside that quilt because you put my Ravens up against the despised Steelers!
That is such a great design. Very nicely done.
Awesome! He'll have to share until you get yours done! :-) But there are a few weeks left before the games start.
Awesome quilt, I love all the different teams. great job!
From one football fan (Go, Cowboys!) to another, this is so excellent! And your quilting! What a great finish! I love this quilt!
I love your quilt! Making NFL quilts are a lot of fun to make. We are SD Chargers fans but a friend is an Oakland Raider fan, so I made him a Raider quilt for his 30th birthday, it was a great sacrifice on my part, but he loved it. :-)
Great man quilt.
Very nice. If I ever made one, however, it would have to be all "Patriots" fabrics. I'm not a big football fan, but everyone in my family is, including our new SIL, who lives in Australia. I'm doomed. LOL. Plus my DIL works as a web designer and one of her clients is the NFL. There's no hope. LOL
This is amazing...... great idea.
Great quilt and I agree you should have one too!
This would be a great one to make for my DH football fan. I really like it.
I love how you did the corner blocks and the log cabin border! Terrific ideas.
Great man quilt..Good job...
