Night Blossoms Batik Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
I finished this one yesterday. Have been working on it since April I think. My starting point was a pattern I came across in the March/April 2019 issue of McCall's Quilting. It was a small quilt called Baby Blossoms (finished at 25x25). I made 80 flower blocks instead of the 16 required in the pattern. Mine finished at 57 x 72. I just kinda "winged" it on the applique border. I made bias binding for the first time as that was recommended to help with the wavy vine. As usual I quilted it a lot, so that took a while. I am happy this one is done and I can move on now. Thanks for looking. https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/smile.png
