Northern Star lap Quilt
 

I am making lap quilts for ladies at my church and just finished this one so thought I'd share. It is a Northern Star block. 1 FQ of solid and 1 FQ of print and scraps for white, make 5 star blocks. Stars are made of HST's. I used a flannel for the back which makes it extra soft! Quilt is 40x40

What a great idea.I have been wanting to do some thing for the sr. in my church. A resale shop is having "stuff a bag " sale, and they have lots of scraps. But not sure how my stars would turn out so I will make pinwheels. This lap is prettttttttttttty. Thank for sharing.
