The title says it all.

This was from the course I took a couple of weeks ago. I was not in love with the purse going into the course .... and guess what?? have used it ever since and am totally enjoying it. I think I've found a new thing to make!

A peak for you of what the inside is like. The pattern had one pocket in each side which I did to size. I added a smaller one on each side too, plus a key fob.

Nice! You can't have too many pockets (well, *I* can't!) and your fabrics are lovely.

Cute, what's the name of the pattern?

The pattern is called "Six in the City". One pattern, with six switches for the band embellishments.

Pretty bag. I was going to comment that I liked the fabric and then I realized that I bought the same material for making a Miranda bag. I do like the fabric!! Oh, and I have that pattern, but I've never used it. I need to get sewing.

Funny thing was ... The main fabric was from my stash and I had no idea why I had bought it. Nor was I overly fussy with it, other than knowing that it fit with "my" natural liking for autumn colours. I just had enough for the brown bow. As it went together, I got excited!!

lovely. I really need to get some purses made. "Have to finish up UFO before starting any thing else" (repeat daily to myself while looking at things on this board) lol

Lovely purse!! I have 4 quilts to make then I can start sewing purses and totes -- hmmm maybe I can make one after each quilt as a reward.

Good Plan!
Motivation to keep at it ... and keep variety in your sewing.

I can see more in my future too ... I'm just not one for the hassle of changing purses. This will have to change!! :)
