This isn't a quilt but thought you might enjoy seeing my new bag.
I love cats and I was in the thrift shop just searching for some treasure. Don't know why I was looking at little girl's clothes -- no daughters or granddaughters. But I came across this little skirt. It's from Land's End. I just had to buy. So I sewed the bottom and added a lining and straps. That's it. I kept the zipper so I could open the bag just a little more. Great for taking my handwork in. And I spent only $2 for the skirt and about the same for the strapping. It was fun to make too. Thank you. Glad you like it. All the stitching and applique was already there. Minimal work with great results. You never know what you're gonna find.
