http://bluebirdswing.blogspot.com/20...ke-wallet.html I do plan to make a few more for gifts, and I think I'll probably add some batting to give it a little more bulk. It's a little flimsy for my liking, but I might have picked the wrong kind of interfacing (Haha! Just re-read the materials list and it actually calls for batting in the tutorial - just noticed, lol .) Guess I got those mixed up. |
Oh, and another funny, while I'm at it...
See how all the thread is gooped up in spots, and thick looking like a little web of tangledness? Yeah. I was threading the machine wrong. I wasn't putting the top thread between the tension plates, but IN FRONT of them. DH caught that one, so it's fixed now. Good times. :P |
That is very nice!

I'm going to try and make 1 too. I hope mine turns out as nice as yours. Its really cute.

You did a beautiful job!! I too have a FW I inherited a few years ago, but have yet to use it. It belonged to my Aunt.
I too make wallets. Is yours from a pattern you purchased or a free pattern found online? I really like how yours is made. Sandy |
I want one!
I have the pattern just haven't been brave enough to make it. Vicky |
