You did a fantastic job on your NYB. I'm saving this as a reference so that when I get mine made, I can see how to quilt the intricate designs. It will be awhile though, I've only made 4 blocks. haha

I bought a bolt of Legacy Cotton Mix Batting (80/20) a while ago, so that's what I'm currently using for everything. Not sure it that's ideal for hand quilting or not, but IMO it works!
