Your GD is adorable! I see why you have a hard time saying "no"! LOL I love your OBW too. It is gorgeous!

Darling girl. Gorgeous quilt. It was meant to be.

Awww, what a cutie! I wouldn't be able to say no either.
Great job on the quilt  |
That will be a good one to quilt first and practice on, as it is so busy. Are you going to leave the edges scalloped like that? I really like it. Can't wait to see it in person.
And you are NOT finishing yours before I finish mine so guess what I will be bringing on Monday? |
Yup no way I could say no to that precious little face! I just love the quilt!

And you are NOT finishing yours before I finish mine so guess what I will be bringing on Monday? I put a 1.5 inch teal border, now attaching a quarter inch orange shocker border, then I will finish with a wider teal border, with some wide strips of the original fabric angled in. I have a bunch of hexagons left over too. They just didn't fit into the pattern, so I gave up trying to use them all. I guess I can make her a doll quilt to match. |
Your OBW is absolutely beautiful. I need to try one some day.
Your GD is precious. I have 6 grandchildren and the 4 yo is always going crazy over my material. She wants me to make her something out of all that she loves. There is no way I can say no to her so I know how you feel. |
Your quilt is just beautiful. Such pretty colors. And you DGD is a doll. I couldn't say no either. Great job and thanks for sharing.
