Well I finally gave into the pressure (all my own pressure :wink: ) and made a One Block Wonder.
After many many times of playing with it on the design wall, I finally sewed it together! I was working on the final three rows last night and my almost three year old granddaughter asked what I was doing. I said, "I am making a blanket". She got all wide-eyed and said, "For me?" I can't say no to that face! So, now I know who the quilt is going to! LOL. She brought it up again this morning when she saw it on the design wall. She says, "so pretty, for me!" Now I just need to add borders and the top will be done. Hopefully I can get it all done before Monday. Monday I am going long-arming! |
