My quilt, Crazy About Iris" will be in the AQS show in Des Moines in October. I took a chance and sent in my entry and I recieved word in July that it had been accepted! I have entered big shows before but never this big. I don't care if I win a prize or not....just getting accepted into the show is prize enough for me. I am so excited!!!
I have attached pictures of my quilt. It is my own design and I did all of it on my Pfaff 2144. I embroderied iris on the blocks and did a lot of 3-D blocks and used many of the built in stitches too. I am very proud of this quilt. |
