This quilt pattern was called "Road to Oklahoma" but the lights and darks were switched from the pattern and it is now named "Oklahoma backroads"
Where the four patched of muslin meet I put an OK symbol of wheat, cattle or cotton. In all the muslin chain pieces I put big pebbles representing the backroads. I stippled the solid colors giving it the vintage appeal and outlined the stars ...after putting a flower in the center. This quilt was a joy to work on and pieced beautifully. I quilted this all freehand on my INNOVA. I used Hobbs polydown batting. Thanks for looking.
