I have made a few of these is the past, and thought I would make a set to put in our quilt show.

Very good job on Ann and Andy. Used to make them years ago, when my kids were little.
They are the perfect compliment to quilts. |
I have patterns to make differents sizes of these two! Never have gotten around to making them, and now I don't have any little girls who would want them as I have no children of my own, and my nieces are out of the doll phase.
Now all your cuties need is a quilt!! ;-) |
my grandmother made me and my sisters a set over 50 years ago and I still have them. What a great ideal to make a quilt to go with them.
You did an awesome job on your Raggedy Ann and Andy. They are two of the best I have seen.
These are so cute! You did a nice job.
How much do you charge for a set of your beautiful Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls? You do amazing work. My DGD just got the set that I used to have as a little girl. She so loves them!
I bet those were fun to make ... they are beautiful ... may I ask where you got the pattern? Thanks ...
I love the Raggedy's...
Awesome, you should make and sell them, so cute!
How cute!
They look so happy
I love the raggedys also, when my dd was a baby that was the theme in her room. You did a great job and I think they would be a hit at the show.
Very cute!
I love Ann and Andy!!! Did you embroider their faces?
They look so happy. Adorable faces and their smiles will light up any child's heart.
Those are really cute!
They are adorable!!! :D:D:D
I have had this pattern for 15 to 20 years the dolls are 36" tall. The pattern is from McCall's

I don't make them to sell. I make them , and when the time is right I will find them a child who needs them. That is when I get paid, with that child's smile.

There was a male quilter on here the other night talking about doing RA dolls for a friend. His name was Micheal
They are so cute. My SIL impressed me to bits when she put together a Raggedy Ann doll in a day and it was so-o-o cute. Having a pair really finishes them off.
You did a really swell job on them. Very nice.
I never had RA dolls as a kid. Maybe someday. |
Your Raggedy Ann and Andy are so cute. Great job.

I love the dolls...How long does it take to make one? :-)

I love your Ann and Andy dolls. They are my favorite dolls. I used to make them.....couldn't tell you how many sets I've done. Haven't made one for years, and seeing yours makes me kind of want to do another! I have a Simplicity pattern from about 50 years ago that I use. I treasure that pattern almost as much as I treasure the dolls! Your dolls are worth a lot of smiles. :)
