late 60s or early 70s definitely. I see seersucker in there!! And those nice little gingham checks. I wore these fabrics when I was a kid. I had the cutest seersucker outfit I wore in 1967. I know the year exactly because that was the year that my dad had his first heart attack and became disabled for the rest of his life :(
Sure have missed seersucker and dotted swiss! I've seen a few seersuckers have come back. YAY! |

Has anyone ever incorporated old Tumbling blocks into a new quilt? I was asked to do that. I though about putting some on them in the center as a focal point and adding to it with something new. Would you suggest using a more modern fabric or a repoduction fabic. Thanks so much.
