Do you ladies or guys talk to your Dr. about your depression? I have it and take antidepresision meds.
They help so much. Don't be afraid to talk to your Dr.
your brain is not producing enough endorifens.

Just gorgeous! When I'm 'down' or 'depressed', quilting and gardening are immediate 'pick me ups' and help me through difficult times.

Hi Mary Ann, I am very new to this Quilting Board and all,but I just posted a comment about the same quilt . But your comment about gardening and quilting or sewing is how I deal with things too.Am working on some curtains and I'm NOT going to let them beat me !! :roll:
