Either one but you know you are the chicken lady. Second might be a little busy. Love the top.

Rolling hills is it

Carm 08-22-2009 04:44 AM

I like the rolling hills one too! It will be a Great quilt when finished :D

I like the rolling hills better. I think the red in the first fabric looks too bright.

I like the top very much and both fabrics, but my choice would be the second one, "rolling hills", for backing. And REALLY REALLY like the top-sitter, she reminds me of our Kate who died several years ago.

Rolling Hils is the consensus I do believe. Which one did you choose?

tlrnhi 08-22-2009 06:01 PM

I chose the rolling hills.
I have posted the finished quilt in the other thread.....quilt that Amma helped me with

I love the rolling hills, but the patriotic one seems to follow the theme of the front better.

winky 08-24-2009 04:02 PM

I agree with you! The Rolling Hills will add to the quilt. 8)

What is the name of the pattern used for the quilt top?? I like it a lot and your color choices seem to bring the block to life......

Nursesews 08-24-2009 04:23 PM
