When a friend suggested we make a quilt for a park ranger who lost his home in the TN wildfires, I offered this top that I made over 10 years ago. Bear paws seemed so appropriate. I quilted a feather circle is the plain blocks, my first time doing feathers! It still needs part of the binding sewn on. My friend is doing that and will be taking it to TN to deliver. I hope it gives someone some comfort.
