I posted a few blocks of this pineapple quilt a while back. I've been managing to do one or two blocks a day, and today I finally got it put together. Part of me wants to just quilt it and bind it the way it is, but part of me thinks it calls for a border or two. What do you think?

You can do it any way you like. A border, maybe one of a darker color that's in the quilt, would frame it up nicely.

It's a beautiful quilt! Do it as you like.

It is so beautiful as is. What final measurement would you like it to be? That may be your deciding point.

So pretty. Love scrappy quilts & this is a great pattern for scrappy. Yes, I do think it needs a couple of borders though just to bring it together.

I personally like borders, like PP mentioned, as a bit of a frame. I think it helps tie it all together. It wouldn't have to be anything fancy, just something to close it all in and "finish" it off.

I put a border on most of my quilts. There is not right or wrong. Love your quilt, be sure to show us when you finish.

I would put a border around it to frame it in and help it stand out.
You've done a great job! It's beautiful! A lot of work and a lot of love in that one.

Oh what a beautifal quilt. You should be very proud of yourself. I love the scrappy and I think it would look very nice with borders. It would be easier to bind too.

Looks wonderful...a nice border would frame it nicely.

I love it!
