Thank you everyone for your opinions and very kind comments.
I think I am going to leave it on the design wall for the day and keep looking at it. |

I like option 2. It brings the green back in and keeps the dark still a continuous look.

I like three as it brings out the greens in the quilt! No matter what you choose it is very pretty!! :D

I like Option 2 the best.

Did you decide yet what you are going to do?
|
I like it with the green, it provides a frame
|
I like border option number two. Please post picture when you have it completed. Very nice pattern and color combination.
|
I like option #2. When I first saw your beautiful quilt and before I saw the options I thought; green. I like having the dark red as the inside border because it makes the design look complete. Then the green gives your eyes a place to rest before you do the flower border. Great color scheme

I like option #3

Yes the top is done and here is a picture of it. Thank you to everyone who gave their opinions. I decided to echo the borders around the inside panel and then finish with a 3 inch flower border, I like the way it turned out.
I am not sure why it won't let me add pictures this morning. I will try putting it in a new thread under pictures. I can't seem to add pictures anywhere on the board today, I will try again later  |
No picture?

I finally am able to attach a pic.

The borders are great. Nice job!

Beautiful!

Option 1. It is a busy pattern and the eye needs a place to rest to appreciate the focus area ( center)
