Very pretty! If you're worried about the layers staying together how about sewing gold, purple, and green craft beads sporadically on sides?
If you are pleased with it, I would leave it as is. I made soft boxes years ago without quilting and they are still holding up.
Don't tear it apart...it looks great just the way it is.
I think it looks good just as it is! Love the mask!
It looks marvelous. It does not seem to need quilting, because of the heat n bond.
Your box is very nice and I would leave it just the way it is, especially since you say it is stiff.
Looks darling. At least you didn't shoot yourself the way #1 son did: put 10lb shotput shot on his desk, where it promptly rolled off onto his foot. ER folks highly amused at the breaks.
I did that once when making a purse. Your box looks great and is functional, leave it as it is. If you don't tell anyone you forgot to quilt it, nobody will know!
I have been wanting to see how the fabric box would look without quilting...it's wonderful!! LEAVE IT ALONE!! I think I'll make all of mine without quilting. I think quilting was done because well, let's face it, this is a quilting group. LOL!!!

I remember reading this thread when it was first posted, I thought that it would be nice tied (and you wouldn't need to disassemble it to do that). I thought I had posted, but I can't find my post so perhaps I just thought it and didn't post. Have you done anything to it yet? If not, try tying.
