Owl quilt topper ready for quilting!

I got the sandwich finally made after my embroidery machine had a fit and needed servicing right in the middle of appliqueing the glitterflex owls! Our son and his family are coming here during the summer to go camping so I wanted to make a camping play quilt for our granddaughter who just turned one! I've never used glitterflex before but am totally sold on it - such fun to work with! It's easy to tear away around the stitching lines when doing applique.
