I am finally able to upload pictures, so I want to share my new project. I found a pattern for an owl stuff animal and am making that for my youngest. I decide that I could adapt the pattern to make my oldest a tote. Here is the front. I am going to line the tote with the orange like the beak and also make the handles out of that as well. I fused on the body and hand stitched around it. I am very excited as I just figured out how to do the blanket stitch. Sorry to ramble, hope you enjoy the picture. I will be sure to post it when it is done and some of my quilts too. :D

Believe it or not I found the fabric at Joanns as fat quarters when they had the last buy two get one free. The pink and blue are small scraps left over from the very first quilt I made her.
