The quilt is gorgeous. Each shoe you did looks like you could slip your foot into the show and wear it. I don't know much about how fabrics are developed but that looks like a fabric panel just waiting to happen.

oh, are you ever right!! I sat up putting the last of the stitches in it and thought about letting go of all the energy I've put into this quilt. Then I realized that's what love is...giving up something of yourself to someone you really care about.
Besides, I've decided to enter it into East Cobb Quilters Guild show in September. So I'll see it again...

Delivered The Quilt this evening!! She was expecting quilted potholders or some little crafty gift, so she was quite taken back when she saw the quilt!! She immediately said, "oh, Aunt Jeannie, I can't wait to hang this up...it's a piece of art!!" to which I said, "Oh, no, please use it to cuddle up in the winter months..that's what I made it for...."
