About a week ago I posted this quilt and asked for some assistance on the Main section. Thank you to all of the ladies who left suggestions. I did all straight line quilting which worked out as the borders come out with an alternate design which I really like, and stayed in keeping with the rest of the quilt.
This is a birthday/Christmas present for the sister of my heart who has been my best friend for over 30 years. Time and distance have not altered that "un-paralleled" friendship. She moved back to Florida two years ago to be near her only granddaughter. Her new house is mostly gray with accents of color, hence the color choices.
