Pat’s quilt #2 of 2 - Squares
 

Tonight we finished Pat’s other quilt. This one went smoother than the other one. She had done less quilting on this one, but I kept what she had done. I have enjoyed looking at both of these quilts. We hope to get them to her in the next couple of days.

We delivered them to her this evening and she loved both of them. And she was glad to have them finished. We had a nice visit with her and she told us outright that she is getting her affairs in order. It was sad to hear, but she has such an awesome attitude and is at peace with this stage of her life. I hope if I’m ever aware that my time is short that I can be as positive as she.
