I turned in this quilt last week to our organization, Firehouse Quilts, and it was in a batch to be delivered to another organization when they came upon a car accident. The driver stopped to help and found that no one was seriously hurt but there was a little 5 year old girl who was very scared. To make a long story short my quilt was given to her. I am so escited to know where my quilt found it's new home.

Beautiful quilt. I am so addicted to coming here and looking to see what everyone is doing. And your quilt went to someone special in a time of need. What a wonderful feeling. I love giving mine to Project Linus. I usually have a couple with me too, just for this reason. You never know when you will come across a young one who needs a quilty hug.

Everything always happens for a reason. Great place for a quilt to find a home. My bet is, that little girl will have the quilt when she has kids of her own.
