Beautiful quilt. For all you ladies looking for the pattern, it is called "The Wave Salute" and was published in the June/July 2009 issue #101 of QUILT magazine.

The pattern was in a magazine at one time probably a couple of years ago. A friend gave me the copy of the pattern after she had made one for an auction. My daughter fell in love with the pattern and I let her pick the colors. She chose Asian fabrics and I made it without the stars. The back fabric had similar wave and I wasable to match the lines with the seaming. Looks totally diffeent. Yours is a beauty.

Love it! Looks like a Drunkard's path that uses the blue as the pie with red crust, then red as the pie with blue crust. Look closely at the blue and red backgrounds and y'all will see it.
