Does anyone know the name of this pattern? Or have one they would sell? I have messaged sewnsewer2 but haven't received a response yet.

To me it just looks like a square within a square set on the diagonal. I would think it should be easy for you to just make your own measurements and go from there

I don't anything about it. Looks like just big squares of two different fabrics. Just divide measurement in half to see how big each square is, cut four that measurement and sew together. Hope this helps.

Turn 45deg and I see squares, HSTsq & QSTsq with HST along the edges.
