Periwinkle mat for quilt guild auction
1 Attachment(s)
I've been making a few mats for our annual quilt guild auction. Here's one of them.
It measures almost 12 in. across. Pattern is from Missouri Star Quilt Co. tutorial. Jenny must have used a smaller template, because this one came out much larger than a mug! |
very nice! could use as a candle mat also
very pretty. That will be a good hot matt for a counter top or table
Really cute...
Looks fantastic, even if bigger than expected..
It's very pretty. Would look very nice on an end table or coffee table. Great job!
great mat or mug rug.

I have made a few of these and they were great fun. Friends have used them for table toppers for a small table with a candle holder on top, then turned it over and used it as a topper at Christmas time for a ceramic ornament. Great job!

Turned out great.
It would be really cute under a lamp!
I love it! Gives me an idea for Christmas!
Good job. I like it.
Ooh, I like. They would look really cute on a table to help decorate. Depending on the fabric and the season they would add beauty to any table. Good job.
Really pretty mat. It would work well for a bowl of soup (oe gumbo!).
Very pretty...would work on an end table in the living room.

Very nicely done.

Really cute! I make some of my own templates depending on the size I want by adding to or subtracting to the different points. If I want bigger say 1/2" around, I go out each point from original template then draw lines connecting the dots. If I want smaller I draw the template and come in from the dots then connect. Just make sure you allow for seam allowance.

Nicely done!
