Wow Jackie, your borders takes your quilt to a whole new level. |
Here's mine: http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/4543.page
But wait until you see how Jackie (jaquemoe) quilted it. She really made it sing. I just need to bind it! I know Jackie, I'm bad! |
So pretty Chele! Now Karla, I've got to tell you... I didn't know I needed another project.... But...

Geez, these are all so beautiful. And what i love about quilting the most, is isn't it so amazing how one pattern can look so different from so many different people. And yes, Jackie, your border on yours just puts a whole new life on yours, soooo pretty, all of them :)

This is the only one Irish Chain I made, it was a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves ladybugs, so the print is lady bug in many colors.
many colored lady bug squares, tied quilt the back has micro swede, trimmed with the cream from the front. |
YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT YOU DON'T HAVE IT BOUND YET???
LOL. I understand ALL too well, Chele. |
Grammy, that is a BEAUTIFUL TIC. I love it!

Thank you for the compliments about my borders. Wanna know a secret?
The borders are one piece  . I know, cheater, cheater  Thanks to Elanor Burns fabrics. |
All of these Irish Chains are gorgeous and I am inspired to do one. My question is this: I can see that the single Irish Chain is a combination of 2 blocks -- the 9-patch and a solid block. right? What are the double- and the triple-chain?

All these quilts are quite lovely.
