Dear quiltinggrandmaca,
DH stands for dear/darling husband. It is a form of texting that the kids do so much of. They us this short hand so they don't use so much space spelling words out. Another one you will see often is LOL laugh out loud. We all do that at ourselves at times sometime or just when we need a good laugh. Hope this helps :-) Katrina |
I love it! I need to make one for my mom!
After my dad died 2 years ago, she had much trouble sleeping in her lonely house. So, always my hero, she bought a keyboard at Walmart and has been teaching herself to play piano! She's doing great at all the older beautiful songs like Fly Me To the Moon, Autumn Leaves, Amazing Grace, I Left My Heart in San Francisco; those kind.... She is 88 years old! I've already started a lovely lapquilt for her of the pattern Wagon Tracks that I just learned on the Pioneer BOM. I should make a piano quilt for next Mother's Day. It would be great for her 90th, but you never know about things. I want her to enjoy it as long as possible since it will be especially made for her. Sorry for going on and on... it's your fault! Cathy |
very creative.
