Picnic quilts

I made three simple picnic quilts for nieces for Christmas. I added taps in the corners and made zippered pouches to hold napkins and plastic ware.

Oh my gosh, so cute, what great idea. I need to make something like that for my minivan, we have the stow and go seats that fold flat into the floor and we often picnic sitting in the back of it. I currently just use an old blanket. Upscale and classy here I come!

What a great gift idea. I haven't been on a "real" picnic in years ... need to do that. When our children were young, we occasionally had an indoor picnic on rainy days.

My kids loved when we had meals on the living room floor on a blanket. So have a Winter picnic.
