Love it and your rendition is so warm and cosy looking!!

But what I don't understand about this pattern is why people (pattern designers) make it the hard way.

I see it this way... strip piece a sixteen block and sew four of those snowball-isque blocks together. Alternate back and forth and you'll get the same design with a whole lot less corner matching. If I ever do one I will do it that way!

I never thought of using a camera to take a picture of a quilt while working on it. What a great idea. Good thing my cell phone has camera on it.
