Your quilt is beautiful. Great job! Quilting with your family sounds like a lot of fun and a great way to get started on it.

That is a wonderful work of art!! Sounds like you will have a grand time quilting it with family!

This is all machine pieced except for the dark green stems on a few of the blocks. Here is a link to when I finished the last block.

I will post pictures of our "quilting bee" when I get back, we have little to no internet access while away.

Very pretty! If you plan right and make sure you have a lot of down time you might get a lot of it quilted;)

It's simply gorgeous. What a wonderful priviledge to be able to quilt with your family. Your winter days will sure be brightened while you are quilting this one.

Wonderful work, what a labour of love but well worth it!

I will be hand quilting it, and to get the quilting started I will be gathering with my family next week, and we will have a quilting bee during down time. I am going to set up a frame so my mom, sister, sister-in-law and I can sit together and quilt as we visit and enjoy each others' company. That will help me get started but I expect this will be an all winter long project- hope it doesn't take longer than that!

The pattern is by Pam Bono.

You did a beautiful job
