Very nice, Henry. One of these days, I'm going to try those curved seams in a project. Heck, they might even be easier for me. I can't sew straight, anyway.

You said the idea is to cover the pillows and you covered them beautifully. What a great way to eliminate shams while still having the quilt pattern on the pillow covering. Beautiful job.

What a fantastic job!! Absolutely love it!! I'll have to make one for my quilt, if I ever get it done.

WOW - I never thought of doing something like this. I really like it. I don't like shams so this is perfect. Yours look great. I'll send you my fabric and you can make mine (lol).

Hi there, Intrigued by your address! My chum's daughter emigrated from Vancouver Island, BC Canada to Esperance. Perth is the nearest airport for her to start her journeys home to visit her mum.
I gather there are mines and huge sheep ranches on that side of Aussie land and that sheep are cute but very stupid and lots of work to look after. I am grateful to get my wool in a shop and not have to chase it round a ranch!
Hope you get better weather there soon, it has been so hot and dry this year.

What a beautiful idea, I echo all the other complitments. I too plan to try to do something similar when I have fixed the errors I need to rip out of my poor old mystery quilt.
The motto on your signature area is lovely too, especially the let it kick you forward part, I often need a "jumpstart" when my arthritis is acting up. Sewing helps me ignore the arthritis.
