I am getting ready to do some hand piecing hexagons, for now I am reading on PP methods, watching youtube, reading. On one of the tutorials I saw this 'cute' pincushion that goes on your finger and decided to make one for me. Using a button and some elastic. Here it is.

I got one in Paducah a long time ago and still love it. So handy!

if I want to I will not find it, I saw someone using it on the Youtube videos, looked simple to make. Used large button, some elastic and 2.5 fabric square with fill. When making second I got it figured out, needs to be stitched through center. Hope that helps.

BTW, check and see that the elastic is not too tight. I noticed my finger turning purple before I realized it was too tight.

Neat idea will have to try making one.
