These are little "party favors" I made for a post card swap I am hostess for and the theme for the PC swap is "EYES". I thought it would be a nice little way to remember our swap...

they were from a book I got for christmas , "Pretty little pincushions" I never thought I would have a need for "EYE" pincushions...lol

Wow...that's creepy...and awesome, all at the same time. You could make some cute ones like that for a halloween party too...only like, black...with maybe red (blood) coming out of the eyes. 0.o

I'm not really sure I'm allowed. This is NOT an original pattern by me. I found it in a book called "Pretty little pincushions". I can tell you that the base is a soda bottle cap.....materials included felt, black sequin, 1 seed bead, thread to match.....

I have that book, too. It has some really cute ideas. I've made several of the african violet pincushions as gifts. Also made one of the beehive. Should've taken pictures of them, but didn't have this board to share with then....
