Pink Donation Quilt
 

This is my latest donation quilt. I used the mile-a-minute pattern for the pieced blocks......used a daisy print for the centers of the those blocks and use Florida Gators print for the other blocks. One of the guilds I belong to donates to a local charity for children when they are adopeted. Thanks for looking.

I love those mile a minute blocks...of course I know nothing of the Gators....This is a really nice quilt....wonder if they have Green Bay Packer fabric in pink?

Love this! sometimes the 'wonky' blocks are a bit too wonky for my taste but in these colors/fabrics they are just plain charming!!!!! This is really pretty!

A mile-a-minute pattern uses up your scraps and left over strips of fabric. The pattern is available at the quilt stores. Every now and then I like to go aginst the directions and use a color scheme like this one and add the plain blocks so it doesn't look quite as scrappy. I am working on one for a boy for my donation in a couple months. Thanks for looking.
