Really interesting pattern! Thanks! like them both ! Hmm. would like to do one! Ell I bought fat quarters. I cut rectangles and squares.. rectangles are 9 1/2 X 3 1/2 and squares are 3 1/2 X 3 1/2. 2 rectangles and I cut 4 squares for each puzzle piece.. I get 3 complete puzzle pieces out of each fat quarter. Then you have left over squares that can be used for different project, just easier to cut 4 only need 3 squares for each piece. Fold the quarter in 1/2 and cut away.. fast and easy with very little waste. I lay all the pieces out to organize the order, then sew the three squares and sew to the rectangles. The directions are good.. in the pattern |

I really like the Jigsaw Puzzle pattern, this is a great pattern for kids. I made one for my 7 year old nephew for Xmas and used car fabrics. Used red, yellow, green and the checkered fabrics for the flag colors.
