Your blocks are definitely not plan, they are beautiful, especially with the different centers. It will be a beautiful quilt when you finish.

How did you quilt around the large blocks? Am looking at doing this quilt, but not sure how I'd quilt it.

Those are a fine use of carpenter's wheel.
